  4. Shoulder stiffness. Causes of all this?

Shoulder stiffness
Pain in neck and shoulders with sharp pain at some points in shoulder and upper back, headache, giddiness...these things happen several times in a year although the intensity varies...but nowadays there is also a sharp pain near heart which lasts for few minutes...what are the possible causes of all this?

Lack of exercises and bad posture is the reason. You need to keep up ur fitness. Neck exercises and proper posture. Thanks
