Take half the dose- i. e. 5mg. If you're sleeping a lot with 5mg also, then take half of that. If there are any further problems then please consult as we'll need to discuss before starting some other line of treatment.

You need not worry about the dose. Just choose your doctor properly and then have faith in your doctor. These doses are normally prescribed for this medicine.

Dear Sir For sleep problem Zolfresh 10 mg is ok. If you are too concerned about dose than take half and see if your sleep is good enough. I believe your doctor prescribed the right dose.

Hello sir Each medicine has different dosage. Don’t be scared by the number 10 behind this. For eg paracetamol (medicine for pain and fever) comes in doses of 500 to 650 mg. and can be taken more than once a day. The doctor has guided you well and given adult dosage of zolpidem molecule. (5-10mg) for adults with sleep problem.
Next Steps
Contact your doctor for Clarification. Try to adopt sleep hygiene.
Health Tips
Trust the process. Trust is a big factor in getting better whether medicines are involved or not
