Hello my doctor suggested me to go for early pregnancy test . The report say . single intrauterine gestational sac MSD measures 1.43cm corresponding to 6weeks 2days . Yolk sac seen Fetal pol not yet visualised Cervical leanth 3.4 cms Internal OS is closed . Is it conformed pregnancy ?? Iam pregnant?? Is there anything to worry ??

It is pregnancy, but you need a follow up scan 2 weeks later to see whether feral pole and cardiac activity have developed. Until this stage pregnancy is doing well.

Yes there is pregnancy.u can wait another two weeks and get repeat ultrasound to look for heart beat

Yes u are pregnant but issue is that fetal growth is slow. Take progesterone support and follow uo after 2 wk.
