Sinus pressure constant
I've had a pressure headache on and off for at least a week. It's around the top of my head and behind my nose and eyes. I don't have a runny nose, cough, or any sign of congestion, but breathing in steam relieves the pressure making me think I have inflamed or swollen sinuses. It feels better when I wake up in the morning. Also many plants I have problems with are in bloom.
