Sinusitis Problem
I frequently get severe headaches due to sinusitis problems. Can you share few things I might need to take care of to fight this ?

Hello..... There are different types of sinusitis depending on the type of sinus involved.. Frontal sinusitis present with morning frontal headche which subsides over night... Take steam inhalation twice daily.. Avoid cold foods.. Don't use nasal spray too often...
