Sir, i was doing stopping method of urination , during urination i stop urinate and continue again i do continuously like that it will affect my penis any tips on this help

Don't stop your urine in between otherwise your pattern of Urinating will become dysfunctional and it will lead to problems in future including urinary tract infection.
