Sir my penis is not standing
Sir .I am having a problem with my penis .When I try to musterbate it stands and I can controle it but when I release my hand for few second it shrinking.i don't know what happened.i have been experienceing this for years .but I can musterbate .and size of the penis also changed to smal..When I was 26 it stands and expand a lot .now at 28 it not expand much.i don't know what to do .please help
