Six months old baby MCT oil is fine
My baby's born weight was 2.8 and after completion of six months 5 days weight is 6.5 kg. Local doctor suggested MCT oil 1 ml two times a day. Is it safe for my baby?

Your baby is growing well , it means you are taking good care of the baby . Additionally what you should do is to expose baby’s bare body to sunlight for 5 minutes so that baby can get Vit D . Give citrus fruit juice for Vit C , give meshed mango for Vit A , this is seasonal too . Give khichdi , Kheer etc hone made food for proteins & fats . Whatever is added for home cooking is fine , no need to give oil as medicine . Give love , sunshine , food , vaccinations . Nothing else is needed .
