Skin allergy on foot

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Dear Sir/Madam, I suffering from this skin allergy since my childhood, I tried so many ointments but no one give better result So please give me the better suggestion for this disease. My symptoms: I feel touch on that allergy part, but at that part skin was roughed seeming like ugly. So please give me the better suggestion regarding this disease, I'm very concerned for their help.
