Hello. Skin brightening is done mainly by glutathione, which may be given orally or intravenously. Both have good efficacy.
However, it is important to remember that this is not permanent. After a few months, your original complexion will return. You can increase the overall duration of effect by taking very good care of your skin - using sunscreens and physical sun protective measures, regular moisturizing, maintaining a good diet and consuming 4 litres of water daily.
