Skin bump below eye
Having skin red bump or swell below both eyes for than more 10 months.. is it need to worry? I usually expose in sun.. is it related to BCC ?

The picture is not very clear to comment on the type of lesion present.
Bcc has different symptoms, with the history your giving looks like a sun allergy, you need to visit a dermatologist.
