Skin holes either because of open borders or after acne pimples or because of other reasons would need either laser treatment or some other similar procedure to improve the skin texture. However multiple settings would be needed and you would have to be patient to get a response. Also you should be aware that the improvement might not be hundred percent but with the right treatment you can expect an improvement up to 70%. Hope this was helpful.
