Hello! Bullous pemphigoid is an autoimmune disorder of skin. Usually it does not involve mucosae such as mouth or neck. The symptoms you  have described do not seem to be related to the skin disease. I wonder what medicines you are taking and any other medical conditions you have been diagnosed.
