Skin irritation on my testicles.
Hi doctor, I'm 23 year old guy. I experience severe itching on the skin of my testicles. It's probably been two years. Since I scratch it harshly now and then, the skin there is turning out to have wrinkles. I'm am really worried now. Kindly help me. Thanks.
