Application of Ayurvedic Neem oil or Jatyadi keratailam will be helpful. Acidity in the system does not allow a wound to heal, So avoid spicy, sweet, sour, nonveg, extra protein, fermented foods; alcohol, soft drinks, cheese, butter etc for sometime.
