Skin issue
I am 50. since last 20days, I am having with fore skin of my penis. It became very tight and unable to pull back. it is severely paining . but I don't have any problem during urination no pain or burning sensation or otherwise. Kindly advise.

Condition is called phimosis.it can lead to recurrent urinary tract infection and obstruction in the urinary tract.
Consult a urologist for clinical physical examination .a Minor surgical procedure called circumcision may cure the problem
