Skin on palms getting hard
My mothers palms are getting dry. Sir/Madam Please look into the photos and please give some advice on that.

It's fungal infection use Iteracanazol + Betametazon oientment twice daily
Separate buy antibiotics cream neomycin add that cream.
Keep dry hand.
Use medicated soap for wash hand like Dettol etc
