Skin peeling off and hardening
My skin around my lips have become red and at times peels off and has become hard... i have applied aloe vera ice vitamin E coz i though its coz of sun burn but nothing helped.

This sounds like perioral dermatitis. It is not advisable to prescribe without examining the patient. Kindly send photos using private chat for better understanding of the problem. Once diagnosis is made, then only we can prescribe some medicine. Please do not use anything without proper examination.
