hi greetings
1. you probably have small comedonal - grade one acne
2. see a dermatologist near you for confirmation of diagnosis and presccription
3. you will need - topicals only - if not severe - a benzoyl peroxide nased creamy wash and a topical retinoid - thin layer at night - for 6 weeks before reassessment by doctor
4. comedone extraction may be done
5. antifungal shampoo will definitely help.
