I am having infection in my finger,itching is there,it turned to red black in colour from 2 days. I have taken flukonogel and cetrezine tablet still swelling is there. Please advise me.

Stop self medications if any. Kindly see a Dermatologist who will diagnose it and advocate proper treatment. OTC anti-allergic medications can be started.

Looks like a drug reaction called Fixed Drug Reaction. Stop any pain killers or any other medicines. Do not wear ring on that finger. Show a Dermatologist and take proper treatment.
