I hav high AEC count so i hav skin problems, which food items i should avoid and wat is the treatment

u should avoid nuts like cashew , walnut, groundnut ,chocolates containing nuts as these are known allergens . also u can do other food allergen tests to find out other allergens .also consult a doctor who would help you to bring AEC down

This presentation can be seen with many diseases. This is limited information to make precise recommendations. The best option is to consult a Dermatologist to understand the condition. A thorough evaluation if necessary should be done. HIgh AEC counts indicates an allergic reaction but not necessarily to food but it can be to anything like clothes, personal use products.
