My 19 months daughter have suffer from white spots left cheek(sobi machalu) why it is came . please suggest any medicine

The two commonest causes of white spots in children are sunlight allergy and intestinal worms. Apply sunscreen well before going out,and give syp bandy plus 5 ml as a single dose. If not improving in 2 weeks time,consult your paediatrician or skin specialist.
