Skin problem. Sudden growth of skin in left hand mid finger palm side. It pains so bad, is this a fungal issue ?

Fungal infection doesn't pain. It only causes itching. I cannot comment unless I see the rashes. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
