Skin problems. Quite dark than before.

Hi doc. I like to start from the beginning.at starting I was used melas cream.at the result my skin fair.after some time I go out in sun my skin pigmented.then I consulted to the doc he suggested me some good cream and sunscreen too which become my skin really nice.and avoid all other cream like melas and asked me that cream contain melas which is not good..but my problem again come when I used all these cream again I consult to same doc again he prescribed a cream called depi white.its was awesome I used this cream 5 month and then I stop as doc said.after some time same problem I faced my skin become dark.again I go to the doc and he prescribe a new cream mela care advanced for 6 month. .After that he ask to use sunscreen which I used.now I can see my skin not look like before when I was used this cream.doc plz suggest me good ceeam which I can used for long time and not get same problem now my skin become quite dark than before.
