I need a suggestion from seniors.
Recently my face is becoming darkening black. I dont know why is this happening? Is it sun tan or is it natural due to pollution??
I normally dont use any sunscreen and use aloe vera gel and ayurvedic facewash from khadi products.
Should i use any scrub/any other thing for my face to regain its glow??

There can be several causes why your skin would turn dark or you may get pigmentation. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis nigricans or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause. Unless we find out the cause it is difficult and pointless to treat. Please send photos with detailed history using online consult option for examination and proper treatment.,

There are several reasons why your skin may be becoming dark. The most common reason is sunlight exposure and not protecting yourself from it. If you have oily skin, that may also be causing the darkness. Certain chemicals in commonly used skincare products may be causing irritation and colour change.
Sunscreen is of utmost importance, hence use a dermatologically formulated bland sunscreen, use physical measures to protect yourself from sunlight and consume a diet rich in colourful (especially yellow) fruits and vegetables.
Do not scrub your face, as it will cause more pigmentation.
There are creams, face washes and sera that you can use for bringing a glow to your skin. Chemical peels are also helpful.
