I have very rich dry skin problm in wintet . there is lots of dandruff on my all over body, and it is itching also

Venusia Max lotion or Cetaphil lotion or Aquasoft lotion or Episoft lotion can be used if it is just routine dryness of skin. However an examination would be needed to make sure there is no other coexisting condition awesome other underlying cause for the increased dryness.
The dandruff problem could be because of Seborrheic dermatitis or due to scalp psoriasis. Without examining it is difficult to diagnose which of the two condition it is. You can use Salisia-KT shampoo for now until you get it properly examined through online consult or meeting and a qualified dermatologist directly. Hope this is helpful.
