Skin rashes like pimples
I have skin rashes like pimples on my both arms over tricep & somewhat on my back also. They are of black & red colors. There is no inching. It is there from 1-2 years.

Hello dear. These rashes like pimples are really actually pimples only. It's called truncal acne.
Cut down on WHEY protein. Don't self medicate.
