  4. Skin tags on neck. This be the issue?

Skin tags on neck
Suffering from 3-4 skin tags on my neck from last 10-15 days which causes itching also sometimes. However, they are very very small. What can be the reason. Started taking Collagen supplement from 10 days. Can this be the issue? Plz help.
