It is vitiligo and it happens due to stress. Homoeopathic medicines should be taken by you bcoz first it will stop it from increasing and gradually it will reduce and eliminate. Also it doesn't have any side effects.

Hello mam.. As you have narrated the history of white patch over face and hand here are some important reasons for that It usually caused because of faulty diet like excess intake of very spicy, sour, salty and nonvegitarian foodstuff, curds.. Apart from which it also occurs because lack of antioxidants.. Auto immunity is the cause for it.. So first you avoid all the foodstuff mentioned above and start mild to moderate foodstuff rich in antioxidants.. And be mentally cool and calm. You can try mustered oil mixed with good termaric powder apply over night and wash in the morning. And expose affected part to mild sunlight @7.am after applying only mustered oil. You can try applying SHVITRARI CHURNA an Ayurvedic powder mixed with normal water and wash after half an hour. Avoid day time sleep, night out. Fallow all these for 15 days
Next Steps
After fallowing the said home remedy if found good just continue for 3months. If do not find any improvement then you need medicine..
Health Tips
since it is an autoimmune disorder you have to balance both mind and body..
