You will need scopy done followed by sleep study. If you fall under mild degree you will asked to take some measures weight loss etc 8f you are on obese side. Orelse Cpap If any anatomical obstruction, surgery might be required. Consult ENT or Pulmonologist. They will guide you. Get evaluated, as sleep apnea can lead to other problems Take care
