Goodday my Friend.  I can understand your concern of not having proper sleep. Pls be aware the reason for sleeplessness are many i.e both physical and mental conditions.  However mental conditions or emotional disturbance is one of the main reason for sleeplessness. It needs.more understanding of your background, lifestyle,  any bothering issues in your mind to suggest or recommend a suitable solution.  General advices will not help here. Be positive.  This can  be addressed if you are willing to make few changes in your mindset, lifestyle, and certain diets etc Feel free to reach me online for further assistance and assessment of your physical and mental symptoms to recommend suitable non medicine alternative solutions. Be positive.  You will be alright soon.
