Sleep issues
I am not getting enough n good sleep. With out reason I wake up from sleep as if I skipped heart beat n sometimes I screen and wake due to nightmares. Everyday n night, when ever I sleep I get dreams which is troubling me a lot. I will go into dream state when ever I close my eyes n think of sleeping.

Hello dear Dreams are representation of one s own subconscious mind. You can try writing down your dreams and find out the content which is troubling you. For Good sleep one can try meditating before you sleep and not think about the events of the day that might have caused trouble to you. If required consult a clinical psychologist to help you with it.
