I have sleep issue. I have tablet ayurvedic ashwagandha churn, sarpgandha increase body heat inspite of sleep help. Tagara tablet also not help. My prikriti vata. I suit Allopathy tablet petril 0.25 mg at bed time but because of habit tendancy with sides effect chance. I want to move towards Ayurvedic tablet. Please suggest any Ayurvedic tab for sleep.
