Sleeping disorder
Hi Doctors, I have sleeping issue. I don't have too much of sleeping tendency. I sleep at late night around 12am and automatically wake up around 6am. I want to sleep more because this much sleep is not enough for me but I can't sleep. It seems sleep is not there in my eyes. Kindly suggest some resolution.

This is not so called sleeping disorder. For an adult 6 hour sleep is good enough. But still if you want to sleep more, most important is to avoid stress, start doing some physical activity to make yourself a bit tired. Avoid coffe and tea at least 2 hour before going to sleep. Your room should be dark and free from any noise and disturbance. Read something good before going to sleep. Start doing these things for 5-7 days first, hopefully you will feel improvement.
Next Steps
If there is no improvement in few days then you should consult someone in physical.
Health Tips
Avoid watching TV , Laptop or mobile while you’re trying to sleep or when you’re in bed.
