Sleeping issue
I cant sleep.from last 7 days properly Feeling tired and irritated I m doing meditation and yoga too

This can be due to some stress or tension or a disturbed sleep hygiene. Maintaining a strict sleep hygiene will help. This includes fixing a time for sleep. Not using any screen (TV or mobile) for at least 1 hour before that. Having a minimum of 6-8 hours set aside tension free for sleep. No/ambient light No/ambient sound Appropriate temperature. Exercise during the day (at least 2 hours gap from sleeping) A healthy diet Meals taken at least 1 hour before sleep.
