Sleeping issues
I can't fall asleep easily. It takes a lot of time. If I am stressed for something, I definitely can't sleep. If I don't have stress, then also I will take an hour to fall asleep. What's the solution?

If you’re having any sleeping issue, then you just need to follow these simple tips for a restful sleep. Have a look: Try to sleep and wake up at the same time every day. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine 2-3 hours before going to bed. Don't exercise within two hours of bedtime. But if you exercise 4 to 5 hours before bedtime then you can get more sound sleep. Avoid taking heavy meals within two hours of bedtime. Don't nap later than 3 p.m. Sleep in a dark, quiet room with a desired temperature. Take grounding bed sheets for more easy sleep. Hope these will help you get a better sleep without any stress and anxiety. thank you

Before sleeping, try and have a diary writing activity that will help you to put down all the thoughts that’s on in your mind and then go to sleep. This will help you to relieve your thoughts before goin to bed and also you can listen to sleeping music after this activity and can sleep well.

So what I understand is that you have problem in initiating sleep. Usually darkness is the signal for mind to fall asleep. So you need to avoid working in bright lights after evening, no late night television or mobile phone usage. Do not drink coffee or tea after 5 in evening. Pass urine and than go to sleep. Consume liquids or food before 2 hours of sleep.
Next Steps
If stress is the main problem than it needs detailed evaluation for which you can do a video consultation.
