My son 7 month 17 days old is extremely fussy at night. He has 4 to five top feeds through out day last is at 9.30 pm at night. He sleeps at 11 or 12 whenever he is sleepy but with nursing till 2 or 2.30 am he sleeps well but after that he just having breastfeeding like for fun 5 min feed then he will rest again after 10min he will have feed till morning 5 or 5.30 he does this. Raagi, rice and daal khichdi then suji kheer again khichdi is has whole day with breastfeeded 2 to 3 times. I am unable to understand what should I do for his night fun feed.

You should give calorie dense food in evening so baby's stomach remain full for longer times and baby sleeps well in night...
Give BF before sleep and then over the night if requires...

these kind of behaviour is common in infancy...so dont worry gradually baby's habit of not sleeping will reduce..

He is doing it just to derive satisfaction not for nutrition so keep him clinger to you without feeding too .Give a thick food as last meal like halua . He will be full & will not wake up often .

Give him complementary food 5-6 times/day. Give him a rice based diet at 5-6 pm with ghee and another light tiffin or snacks before going to bed. If his tummy is full, he will sleep better.
