My sister in a six month of pregnancy with twin babies.. she have a bleeding problem since first month of pregnancy. Doctor prescribed sleeping pills to her but according to other doctors it's totally unsafe to use sleeping pills or any such pills in pregnancy. We are totally confused about situations. Sleeping pills are not advisable on a regular basis in pregnancy.. They are not safe.. But what are the effects depends on what pill she s on.. Also if she s having bleeding she should do an ultrasound for fetal well being and for localization of placenta..
