Sleeping position in pregnancy
At 16+ weeks pregnancy, is it absolutely a must to sleep on your side? Or we can still sleep on back ?

You sleep the way you feel comfortable. All these precautions of sleeping on the side are applicable only after 30 weeks of pregnancy. And they may be really indicated in only one in a thousand patients.

Mostly lateral but sometimes can sleep flat also

No it is not an absolute must sleep on your side You can sleep the way you want It is advisable to sleep on the left if you can because that increases the blood flow to uterus and there by the baby gains a good weight

Usually  side position but can sleep  on back  for sometime too.
