Sleepless night after Delivery
It's been almost 10 days I slept well. I delivered a baby girl on last month April 24th. It is still birth. I'm feeling very stressful, l lost my baby, every night is going on a sleep less night. Sometimes I feel anxious , too many thoughts. Please help me . Is this normal after delivery, or should I consult my gynecologist. Whatever it is I don't want to lose my hope. I want to stay strong . To recover from this trauma I need a good sleep. Please help.
