I applied a small amount of Triamcinolone on my 14 month old son's face in the morning (1 time only) and by the afternoon after being the sun a little bit, I noticed a slight discoloration of his skin.i haven't applied it since and gave him a bath and washed his face. Have I permanently damaged his skin after 1 application? Will it go back to norma
