Slight pain during BM
Hi, I was diagnosed with an anal fissure for which the doc prescribed me a course of Ciplox TZ & SN15 Plus tablet along with Duphalac fibre. After taking this course, the anal fissure went away for quite some time. Just recently I am feeling slight pain when passing stool (especially during hard BM). I want to know if I should take one more course of the prev medicine. Also for creams should I apply Annovate or Lidocaine/Niphedipine or hydrocortizone or Kailas Jeevan to heal the scar tissue ?

APPLY LIDOCAINE BY FINGER INSIDE ON ANAL MUCOSA FIRST.
THAN APPLY ANOVATE BY FINGER INSIDE.
ONE THING WHEN EVER STOOL IS HARD YOU R IN TROUBLE SO A STOOL SOFTENER IS NEEDED.
CREMAFIN PINK THREE TEASPOON FULL AT NIGHT TILL REQUIRED.
OR U CAN TREATMENT PRESCRIBED.
