Hi Doctor Having slight stomach pain after eating out yesterday night samosa and dhokla. No loose motion and vomiting just slight persistent pain since night. Plz suggest

Hello, It's hectic heat u should be very careful. Light home made food blend diet matlab sada khana. Tab nexpro Rd 40 one in empty stomach. Tab meftal spas DS two times after food or sos. Plenty of water n liquid , prefer liquid n semiliquid khichadi porridge rice dal curd rice curd poha upma etc

Avoid lying down immediately after meals(dinner). There should be >1 hour gap between dinner and bed time(dine earlier). Avoid fatty and spicy foods and take high fiber diet. Plenty fluids. Further detailed evaluation and consult required.
