Tab nexpro Rd 40 one in empty stomach.
Tab meftal spas DS two times after food or sos.
Plenty of water n liquid , prefer liquid n semiliquid khichadi porridge rice dal curd rice curd poha upma etc

Avoid lying down immediately after meals(dinner). There should be >1 hour gap between dinner and bed time(dine earlier). Avoid fatty and spicy foods and take high fiber diet. Plenty fluids. Further detailed evaluation and consult required.
