Slip and fall
I slipped on a wet floor at work and landed hard on my upper back. It was a week ago and I am still in a lot of pain. Mostly right sided , right next to my breast. Hurt most when in a reclining position. Also cant cough or sneeze , too painful. Should I go to emergency room?
