Burnt the tops of my feet overnight with adhesive foot warmers about 6 weeks ago (~115F for 6 hrs). Initially blistered, 2 inches of diameter per foot. Have since debrieded + cleaned wounds daily, but one of the burns is still unhealed and progressing slowly. Is about 1.2cm in diameter now, with what seems to dead tissue in the middle (white when wet). Limited to no discharge, no odors or swelling or obvious signs of infection. Will this heal on its own, or is the timing a big concern

I am very impressed with your detailed description. from the sound of it... doesn't look like there is any secondary infection in the ulcer. but the time to heal depends on the depth of the wound and the size of the wound, coexisting any other illnesses, along with individual person's healing tendency . To hasten the process of healing you could take PRP (platelet rich plasma injections) along with collagen dressing to speed up the process of healing.... and considering the problem has been present since 6 weeks you should consider availing these suggested modalities. Hope this is helpful.
