I’m delighted to know that homeopathy works on you. I can understand how depth you’ll be mentally feeling right now. I would suggest to get consulted with a physiotherapist with regards to a personalized exercise program including relaxation techniques. Good surrounding, positive vibes & exercises will surely elevate your mood & make your days easier ahead. Hold strength & patience.

To control negative thoughts and manage anxiety, practice deep breathing exercises and engage in regular physical activities like yoga to release stress. Challenge your negative thoughts by questioning their truth and replacing them with positive ones. Writing down things you're grateful for can help shift your focus. Mindfulness meditation and reducing exposure to negative triggers like social media can also be beneficial.
Health Tips
If these strategies don't help, consider seeking support from a mental health professional.
