Hi greetings for the past few days whenever I roll over my tongue in lower lips I find some small white bumps and I have attached an image for your kind perusal please do let me know what it is...thanks...

These are minor salivary glands in lip. Do you have any pain discomfort if not these are perfectly normal nothing to worry about.
