Small bumps on baby face
Hi. My baby is 3 weeks old. She suddenly developed small bumps all over her face. The bumps are small in size but there are lots of them above her eyes , forhead and cheeks. And some of them are in red color. What are those bumps? Is it something to worry? Do we need to take any treatment for this or will it subside on its own? If so how many days will it take

Greetings it could be neonatal acene u can wipe with Luke warm water at regular intervals
