Small small bumps over my forehead

Suddenly i found lots of tiny bumps over my foreheads and already have some pimple problems now altogether my face looks miserable. My forehead is now completEly fille With tiny acnes and marks with these bumps.. what can i do to over come this. And fade away those marks
