Small spots under the skin of labia
I am a 21 year old girl. No STIs, not sexually active. Since puberty I have noticed lots of tiny yellow/white spots underneath the skin of the labia minora and majora. They aren't that noticeable unless the skin is streatched. They do not hurt or itch, they are just unsightly. I am starting to worry in case they're something serious
